Your Strong Stride
We sell workout DVDs, offer free youtube videos, and are constantly updating our blog with great fitness tips and workouts to help keep your workouts fun and challenging. We believe that cross training is just as important as running in your weekly workout routine. We feel you should only focus on high quality workouts by eliminating the “just because I should go running” mileage and instead using that day to get a great strength training workout in that will help you become stronger for your run tomorrow.
Strong Stride’s main goal and focus is to keep you from getting hurt through our specific and ever-changing workouts to pair with your current running routine. You will also find great health and nutrition tips and recipes on our blog that will help you keep your health in check and give you exciting and new ideas of healthy things to buy and make for you and your family.
While following our program, you will strengthen your whole body which is not only healthy for your general health but also gives you a major competitive edge over many other runners who are not following a similar cross training regimen.
